The Department of Chemistry is one of the oldest department in the subject in Central India. It predates even the establishment of RTM Nagpur university. In spite of its age it is a young and vibrant department, excellent in its teaching, innovative in research and responsible in shaping career and character of students. Our Dept provides education in undergraduate and post graduation in Organic Chemistry with specialization in Polymer Chemistry. We have well established Research laboratory recognized by the university. We help each and everyone to develop analytical skills which are required in various industries through spacious laboratories, availability of chemicals, apparatus and most important the devoted sincere teaching and supportive staff.
