The 3 Maharashtra Girls Battalion NCC Unit of Hislop College was formed in year 2011. It helps in developing physical fitness and inculcates basic discipline among its cadets besides promoting a sense of national pride and patriotism.
NCC Unit has grown over the years. With 20 Cadets in 2011 at present it has strength of 50 Cadets. The Cadets participate in All India Thal Sainik Camp and IGC-RDC every year.
The unit also celebrates NCC Day and other National Days by putting up spectacular shows that set an example of discipline & team spirit. NCC conducts various Social Service & Environmental activities like Blood Donation Camp, Tree Plantation Drive, Cycle Expedition, etc.
NCC Cadets participate in various adventure camps like Trekking, Parasailing, Rock Climbing, etc. every year.
