Student employability after completing graduation is a matter of serious concern and debate in contemporary times. Taking the concept of industry-academia interface forward, the Business Process and Outsourcing Services Unit of Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has prepared a �Finance and Accounting in Business Process Services' course for students of B.Com., B.C.C.A.,B.B.A., and M.Com. TCS has designed the course in such a manner that it will sharpen the understanding of finance and accounts that students are exposed to in practical working and also enhance their ability to take up roles in the BPS industry. A large number of students have already benefitted from the course which is imparted by trained TCS certified trainers.
